Refunds & Returns Policy

Clear guidance on damaged orders, quality-related product concerns, refund eligibility, shipping issues, and claim requirements for Nutrigenix Scientific.

Overview

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

Returns: We do not accept returns.
Exceptions: Refunds, store credit, or replacements may be issued in approved cases involving transit damage or qualifying quality-related product concerns.
Research Use Only: All products are sold strictly for research use only.
Damaged Products

If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 72 hours of confirmed delivery.

To submit a damage claim, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged product
  • Clear photos of the external shipping packaging
  • A photo of the shipping label
Failure to report damage within 72 hours of delivery may void eligibility for a refund or store credit.

All damage claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Quality Assurance & Product Evaluation

At Nutrigenix Scientific, we maintain internal quality standards intended to support consistent research-use materials. While temporary haze or mild turbidity may occasionally occur during reconstitution as part of normal matrix hydration, products are expected to fully dissolve within a reasonable period under appropriate handling conditions.

Quality review: If a product continues to display visible particulate, persistent turbidity, or incomplete dissolution after approximately 20 to 30 minutes following careful reconstitution and gentle swirling, this may indicate a formulation or manufacturer-related irregularity rather than normal temporary hydration behavior.

In these cases, researchers are encouraged to contact Nutrigenix Scientific support so the material can be evaluated. If the product is determined to be affected by a quality-related issue, the item will be replaced at no cost.

To assist with evaluation, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue observed
  • A clear photo of the vial

This replacement policy applies specifically to qualifying quality assurance concerns reviewed by our team.

Refunds & Store Credit

If a claim is approved:

  • A refund or store credit may be issued at our discretion for approved damage-related claims
  • A replacement may be issued for approved quality-related product concerns
  • Refunds are processed to the original method of payment
  • Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution
Please note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Not Eligible

The following are not eligible for refund, store credit, or replacement under any circumstances:

  • Opened or used products, except where a verified quality-related concern is under review
  • Products damaged after delivery due to customer handling
  • Products improperly stored after delivery
  • Products exposed to temperatures outside recommended storage conditions
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
Once a product has been delivered, the customer assumes full responsibility for proper handling and storage.
Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

Orders returned due to the following may be subject to additional shipping charges before reshipment:

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer
  • Failure to claim delivery
  • Refusal of package
